Job Introduction

Female Support Worker

We are looking for an experienced female support worker to support a bright, intelligent individual who has Emotional Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD), Anorexia and Autism. The focus is to help rebuild their confidence and to re-establish their independence.

You will provide support on a 2:1 basis during the day and a 1:1 basis during the evening in their own property in Lincoln.

Pay rate: Flat rate days and waking nights £14.18 per hour & Sleep ins £10 per hour.
Shift Pattern: 12 hours per week available on either of these shifts8AM - 8PM & 8PM-8AM. - WAKE Night 8pm-11pm & sleep 11pm-8AM.

Essential Experience & Qualities:

  • Experience working with people who have been through trauma, self-harm or suicidal ideation
  • Experience supporting someone with Personality Disorder
  • Non-judgemental, with a great sense of humour
  • Calm, grounded, and confident when working in emotionally complex situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • We do not provide any personal care for this individual
  • Supporting around the property when needed
  • Supporting out into the community
  • Help to rebuild their independence
