The Acuity Care Group is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support services. We are currently seeking an immediately available Temporary Administrator to assist our Compliance Team with project work for a one-month period. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised individual to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Compliance Team with administrative tasks related to ongoing projects.
  • Organise and maintain project documentation and files.
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information in compliance databases.
  • Support the team in tracking project progress and identifying any potential issues.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of compliance-related materials.
  • Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by the Compliance Team.

Skills, knowledge & expertise 

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous administrative experience is essential.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
