Customer Relationship Manager
Remote – Travel required
£50,000–£55,000 + car allowance
Acuity Care Group’s Bespoke Health & Social Care division delivers specialist Complex Care that empowers people to live independently at home. We’re looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Manager to drive new business, grow existing accounts and expand our presence across Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Local Authorities, and the private sector.
What you’ll do:
Lead and deliver a clear regional Sales Plan aligned to P&L targets.
Generate new care packages through planned growth and effective account management.
Build strong partnerships with internal teams (Operations, Clinical, Recruitment) to optimise capacity and ensure smooth mobilisation of new packages.
Identify and pursue tender opportunities; coordinate internal tender responses.
Maintain accurate regional data within the CRM system.
Strengthen relationships with commissioners, clients, partners and families.
Support client retention through account planning and proactive issue resolution.
Represent the region in pipeline, KPI and business review meetings.
What you’ll bring:
Proven Sales/Business Development experience in Health & Social Care.
Strong relationship-building skills with both new and existing clients.
Ability to identify market opportunities and execute growth plans.
Collaborative approach across Marketing, Operations, Recruitment and Senior Leadership.
Understanding of sales processes, data accuracy and reporting.
