Technology Delivery Analyst


Location: Nottingham Head Office (on-site role)

Are you the person people turn to when their tech stops working — whether at work or at home? While previous experience isn’t essential, candidates with 1st Line Support (or similar) exposure will be well suited to this role.

What matters most is a willingness to learn and a demonstrable, solution-focused mindset — someone who enjoys figuring things out and helping others along the way.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT support in the office

  • Troubleshooting hardware, software and access issues

  • Setting up laptops, phones and other devices

  • Keeping asset records and support tickets up to date

  • Identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements

  • Escalating more complex problems to the wider team or suppliers


What we’re looking for

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 1st Line Support (or similar) experience — formal or informal — though this is not essential

  • Can show a solution-focused mindset and ability to problem-solve

  • Are willing to learn and take ownership of tasks

  • Are friendly and approachable, with strong communication skills

  • Are familiar with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams etc.)
