 Support Worker – Make a Real Difference Every Day  

 Preston | Full-Time | Complex Care | Driving Licence Required
Pay: Weekday £14/hr • Weeknight £15/hr • Weekend £14–£15/hr 

Shifts: 12 hr days 8 am–8 pm & nights 8 pm–8 am

  Assessment Day – 5th June (All Day)

  About the Person You’ll Support

Living at home with family, they manage Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, Visual Impairment, and more—but that’s only part of the story. They love community walks, days out, and cheering on their team!

  You’ll Need

• To be local to Preston with solid area knowledge
• A full UK Driving Licence (confident driver)
• Experience in complex care or healthcare/support work
• An empathetic, proactive attitude and clear communication skills

  What You’ll Do

• Deliver compassionate, 2:1 care tailored to their needs
• Support with personal care & household tasks
• Plan and accompany community outings & engaging activities
• Build trust through clear, confident communication
