As a PBS Practitioner, you’ll join our dynamic Enhanced Support Team, working closely with individuals, families and frontline staff. This is your chance to deliver truly life-changing outcomes—helping people grow in independence, thrive in their communities, and live the lives they deserve.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading PBS assessments and creating evidence-based plans
  • Coaching and inspiring staff teams to deliver exceptional support
  • Using behavioural data to spot opportunities and shape positive change
  • Building strong relationships with families, professionals and the people we support
  • Capturing success, celebrating progress, and sharing what works

What we're looking for

  • Level 3 BTEC (or equivalent) in PBS – or above
  • Real-world experience supporting people with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities or trauma
  • A skilled communicator and confident coach
  • Knowledge of Active Support, safeguarding, MCA/DoLS and human rights-based practice
  • Someone with creativity, energy, and a passion for inclusive care
