What to expect if you are offered a role

Find out more about how our Onboarding Journey works, as well as how to further your career by studying for an NVQ.

YOUR ONBOARDING JOURNEY

Once you’ve been offered to join us, you’ll officially start your onboarding journey with the division you’ve applied for. Whether you’re joining Bespoke Health & Social Care, Learning Disability & Autism or Team Brain Injury Support, you will also be a part of the wider Acuity Care Group and we look forward to welcoming you as part of our team!

To find out more about what to expect once you’ve received your verbal offer, simply watch the video below.

NVQS AND APPRENTICESHIPS

At Acuity Care Group we are fully committed to driving the professional development of our team members, providing ample training opportunities for you to build your skillset and therefore deliver the best care for the people we support.

If you are interested in starting an NVQ in health and social care, we encourage you to discuss this with your line manager during your supervisions. Your line manager will then send this request across to our HR department and they will liaise with our Operations Manager to ensure the course is suitable for your needs.

Once we have approval from the Operations Manager, our HR department will look to enrol you onto the course. The apprenticeship provider will then reach out to you to discuss the course in more detail, ensuring it is the right course for you, before starting the process of submitting your enrolment application.

EMPLOYEE FEEDBACK

We are very fortunate to have over 1400 dedicated employees across the Acuity Care Group and we know that our divisions simply wouldn’t be successful without their skills and commitment. We value every one of our team members and work hard to ensure they are happy with the support they receive, from their managers and also across the wider Group.

But don’t just take our word for it. Take a look at this genuine feedback from some of our employees to see what it’s like to work with us.
  • "The support I have received has been unbelievable and amazing. I feel humbled. I have never received support like it - especially doing palliative care for 2 years... losing up to 8 patients a day in my arms. Not once did I receive any support, Yes Bespoke has shown me more empathy, more love and support than I could wish for. Wow... just wow!"

    LINDSEY - BESPOKE

  • "Throughout my time as an LDA Support Worker, I have listened, I have laughed, I have felt immense pride, I have mentored, coaches and taught, but I have also continuously learnt. Through helping others to develop and succeed, I have developed and succeeded."

    JAY - LDA

  • "I currently work for Team and I couldn't praise them enough - we have the best staff, training and service users! The office staff work tirelessly, making sure the staff and service user are covered and that everyone is happy. I would recommended Team as a job and as a service."
